Several factors can influence Zoom performance:
- Check to confirm that your internet strength can support a Zoom meeting. Go to SpeedTest.net and conduct a test. If you get less than 4 MBPS upload / 10 MBPS download, you may have problems with your connection
- If you are using an employer-provided computer, your company's firewall or security settings may be blocking the Zoom connection.
